1. Introduction
Welcome to zStruct. We are a small studio based in India that makes custom 3D printed gifts, home decor and corporate merchandise.
These Terms & Conditions are a fair, plain-English explanation of how we work together. Please read them before placing an order. If anything is unclear, write to us at support@zstruct.com.
2. Use of Website
You may use our website to browse products, place orders, request quotes and read content we publish. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to access it through automated means without permission, or upload anything unlawful, infringing or harmful.
We may update, suspend or modify any part of the site without prior notice for maintenance, security or business reasons.
3. Products and Orders
All products are made to order in our studio. Colours, finishes and minor surface details may vary slightly from the photos shown — this is the nature of handmade and 3D printed goods.
Once you place an order, we will share a confirmation by email or WhatsApp. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, the design is not technically feasible, or the order appears fraudulent. In such cases we will refund any amount already paid.
4. Customisation
For custom orders, you are responsible for providing accurate names, spellings, photographs and design files. We will share a digital preview wherever possible. Once you approve the preview, production begins and the order cannot be modified or cancelled.
You confirm that you own or have the rights to any logos, photographs or copyrighted material that you send us. We are not responsible for claims arising from artwork supplied by you.
5. Payments
We accept payments via WhatsApp-confirmed UPI, bank transfer and (soon) online payment gateways. All prices on the website are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless mentioned otherwise.
Orders are taken up for production only after the payment is received and verified.
6. Intellectual Property
All original designs, photographs, brand assets and content on this site are owned by zStruct and are protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, resell or repurpose them without our written permission.
Designs we create for you as part of a custom or corporate order remain ours unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you have paid us for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as loss of business, missed events or emotional distress.
We will, however, always do our best to make things right — through replacement, repair or refund — when something genuinely goes wrong with our work.
