Refund & Returns Policy

We stand behind everything we make. Here is a clear, fair policy on refunds, returns and replacements.

1. Custom Items

Custom items are made specifically for you and cannot be resold. As a rule, custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has started.

However, if a custom item arrives with a manufacturing defect, an obvious printing error or does not match the approved digital preview, we will replace it free of charge or refund you in full.

2. Non-custom Items

Standard, non-personalised items can be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original packaging and in resalable condition.

To raise a return, please contact us within the 7-day window. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defect.

3. Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged, defective or different from the listing description, you are covered.

Share a clear photo or unboxing video within 48 hours of delivery, and we will arrange a free replacement, repair or full refund — whichever you prefer.

4. How to Raise a Claim

Step 1: Message us on WhatsApp at +91 99053 11769 or email support@zstruct.com with your order reference.

Step 2: Share photos or a short video of the issue along with the original packaging.

Step 3: Our team will review and confirm the next step within 1 working day.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 working days through the original payment method.

Replacements are dispatched within 3 to 5 working days, depending on production schedule and stock.
