Shipping Policy

We ship pan-India through trusted courier partners. Here is what to expect on timing, tracking and what to do if something goes wrong.

1. Delivery Timeline

Standard Delivery: 3 to 7 working days from order confirmation (or design approval, for custom items).

Express Delivery: 24 to 48 hours within most major cities, subject to courier availability and product readiness.

Custom and corporate bulk orders may take additional production time, which we will share clearly at the time of confirmation.

2. Free Shipping

Standard shipping is free on all orders above ₹499. For orders below ₹499, a flat shipping fee of ₹99 applies.

Express delivery is charged at ₹199 per order regardless of order value.

3. Shipping Partners

We use reputed courier partners such as Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC and India Post depending on your location and the size of the package.

All packages are securely bubble-wrapped and boxed to handle the rigours of Indian logistics.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will share the tracking number and courier link via email and WhatsApp.

You can also message us anytime on WhatsApp at +91 99053 11769 with your order reference and we will share the live status.

5. Delays

Sometimes deliveries get delayed due to courier issues, weather, regional restrictions or events outside our control. We do our best to flag these proactively.

If your order is significantly delayed (more than 5 days past the promised date), please reach out and we will investigate and resolve it.

6. Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please share an unboxing photo or video within 48 hours of delivery on WhatsApp or by email.

Once verified, we will arrange a free replacement or a full refund — your choice.
